Jason H. Rosenblum, Founder
Before establishing his own law firm, Jason was a Patent Attorney at Ehrlich & Fenster, an Intellectual Property law firm located in Ramat Gan, Israel that prosecutes Intellectual Property applications world-wide. Prior to moving abroad, Jason was an Associate at Feldman Rosman, a civil litigation firm specializing in Landlord-Tenant Law and Debtor-Creditor Rights. After graduating from law school, Jason was an Associate at The Martinez Group PLLC, an Intellectual Property Law firm with a focus on the design industry.
Jason is admitted to the bars of the States of New York and New Jersey. In addition he is a patent attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Binghamton and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. Jason has practiced before the Courts of the States of New York, New Jersey, and the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
